Books offered through Crystal Taché are more than printed pages - they are personal, poetic expressions. Whether you’re ordering a signed copy, a themed bundle, or a standard edition, each book is packaged with care and intention.

2.1 Orders & Payment
  • All book orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are securely processed via the checkout system on our website.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Please review your details carefully before completing your purchase.

2.2 Preorders
  • Preorders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Estimated shipping dates are provided at the time of preorder but may change due to production or shipping delays.
  • You may cancel a preorder for a full refund up to 7 days before the release date. After that, all sales are final.

2.3 Customized & Signed Items
  • Books that are signed, personalized, or part of a curated bundle are considered customized and are final sale.
  • These items are made or prepared especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If your order includes a personal dedication or limited-edition packaging, it falls under this non-returnable category.

2.4 Standard Returns
  • If you ordered a non-customized item, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • To qualify, the book must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged with care for return shipping.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

2.5 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
  • If your item arrives damaged or if we made an error with your order, please contact us at sales@crystaltache.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • We’ll gladly offer a replacement, refund, or store credit - whatever feels fair and appropriate to the situation.

2.6 Shipping & Fulfillment
  • Shipping fees and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
  • Most orders ship within 2-4 weeks, though delays may occur during peak seasons or when fulfilling preorders.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs services, but we’ll always try to support you in locating lost shipments.

Section 3: Photography Services

Photography with Crystal Taché is more than a session - it’s a shared experience. Each image is a reflection of story, feeling, and connection, captured with care and intention. These terms outline what you can expect when booking or purchasing photography services.

3.1 Booking & Deposits
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. This amount will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance is due 48 hours in advance, depending on the type of session.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

3.2 Rescheduling & Cancellations
  • You may reschedule your session with at least 72 hours’ notice.
  • Rescheduling with less notice may result in the loss of your deposit unless due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., illness, weather).
  • Cancellations made without sufficient notice are not eligible for a refund.

3.3 Location, Timing & Client Responsibility
  • Clients are responsible for securing necessary permissions or permits for locations.
  • Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may reduce the total time available.
  • Crystal Taché reserves the right to reschedule due to inclement weather or unforeseen conflicts, with as much notice as possible.

3.4 Image Delivery & Turnaround
  • Final edited images are typically delivered within 2 to 4 weeks from the session date, depending on the scope of the project.
  • You will receive your files via a secure, private digital gallery link, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Rush editing may be available for an additional fee.

3.5 Artistic Vision & Editing
  • You are hiring Crystal Taché for a specific artistic style. Minor retouching and creative edits are included at the artist’s discretion.
  • Requests for heavy retouching or raw (unedited) images are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees or be respectfully declined.

3.6 Copyright & Usage
  • All images remain the copyrighted property of Crystal Taché.
  • Clients receive a personal-use license, allowing you to print, post, and share your photos for personal use.
  • Commercial or editorial use (including promotional campaigns, advertisements, or resale) requires prior written permission and may include licensing fees.
  • Crystal Taché reserves the right to use select images for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing before the session.

3.7 Print Orders
  • High-quality prints can be ordered directly through your gallery or by request.
  • Turnaround time depends on the format and quantity.
  • Custom sizing, framing, or specialty finishes are available upon request.
  • Because all print orders are made to order, they are considered custom and are final sale - thank you for understanding.

3.8 Collaborations, Testimonials & Art Use
  • Occasionally, Crystal Taché takes part in creative projects that combine photography with poetry or visual storytelling. These may follow different timelines or pricing, and full details will be shared upfront.
  • You may be invited to share a testimonial - always optional - which could be featured on our website or socials.
  • Select images may also be considered for art galleries or special collections, with your permission and prior notice.

3.9 Privacy, Behind-the-Scenes & Credits
  • For sensitive sessions, NDAs are available upon request - your privacy is always respected.
  • Behind-the-scenes content may be captured for promotional use but will never be shared without consent.
  • If you share your photos publicly, we appreciate crediting Crystal Taché when possible to support the work we’ve made together.
